- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company goals.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitors.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and stay informed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations.
